Privacy & Terms

What we collect. Your name, email, course progress and quiz results. If you donate, we also keep the mobile money number you paid with and a record of the payment; if you use the contact form, we keep the message you send. We never sell data, and we never share it with advertisers.

How progress is used. Lesson completion and quiz results drive your dashboard. Mishkat staff can see them in order to run the platform.

Payments. Payments are processed by Spiral Pay (Selcom). Your name, email and mobile money number are passed to them to take the payment.

Videos. Lesson videos and Mishkat Videos are played from YouTube (in privacy-enhanced mode where possible). YouTube may set its own cookies when a video plays; its privacy policy applies to that.

Your rights. To get a copy of your data or have your account deleted, write to admin@mishkatlearning.com or use the contact page.
